Not in Flow CRM yet
So you can decide with the full picture.
- A native app with offline access (runs in the phone browser)
- Inventory and purchase orders
Who Flow CRM is not for
- Multi-trade shops that need plumbing, electrical and HVAC in one tool. Flow CRM only knows HVAC.
- Contractors with more than ten trucks who need call tracking, payroll and inventory. That is ServiceTitan territory.
- Shops that need built-in payroll, inventory or call tracking. Flow CRM leaves the books to your accounting software.
Pricing questions
- What counts as a technician seat?
- Anyone you mark as a technician in settings, because they get a column on the schedule and jobs assigned to them. Office staff, dispatchers and the owner (if not in the field) are free.
- Can I add techs for the summer and remove them in the fall?
- Yes. Seats follow your active technicians, and changes are prorated on the next invoice. Nothing to call us about.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every feature for 30 days, no card. If you subscribe before the trial ends you are not charged until it does. When it ends without a subscription, your company becomes read-only: everything stays there to read and export, and changes resume the moment you subscribe.
- Is there a money-back guarantee?
- Yes. If Flow CRM is not working out, email us within 30 days of your first paid invoice and we refund it.
- How do I pay?
- All major credit cards, through Stripe. Pay monthly, or pay annually and save 20%. Cancel any time from the billing page.
- Are there fees on the payments my customers make?
- Customers pay invoices by card through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard card fee comes out of each payout and the money goes straight to your bank. Flow CRM adds no fee on top, and cash and checks you record cost nothing.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. After that your records stay readable for 90 days so you can export them or come back, and then they are deleted.
